Cudd’s HSE Department is dedicated to creating an incident free culture. Leading this effort is the Behavioral Improvement & Safety Observations Network (BISON). The BISON program, coupled with our safety team professionals, field safety audits, and skills assessment initiative are the foundation for a positive safety culture.
- Cudd management team recognizes its responsibility to provide a safe workplace, safe work rules based upon experience and knowledge, and competent work direction.
- Cudd supervisory staff is committed to the implementation and compliance with company safety programs and when needed provides the management team with updated information on any hazards that may exist in the workplace.
- Cudd safety department provides our employees with the equipment, information, and training necessary to perform each job safely and efficiently.
- Cudd employees recognizes their personal responsibility to observe established work rules, follow the direction of supervisors, practice the principles taught in safety and training sessions, and provide suggestions on how we might improve our safety rules.
